As the countdown to the New Year begins, Manatee County is bustling with a variety of festive events to welcome 2024. The county’s residents and visitors are in for a treat with an array of celebrations lined up across the region.
One of the highlight events is the much-anticipated Bradenton Alive New Year’s Eve Celebration. Scheduled for December 31st, from 8:30 PM to 12:30 AM, this vibrant event will take place in the heart of downtown Bradenton.
Attendees can look forward to a fantastic night featuring the musical talents of the Derek Lersch Band. Alongside the live music, the celebration will also offer an array of food trucks, diverse vendors, and a spectacular fireworks display to light up the night sky.
Additionally, a variety of other events are set to mark the occasion in the Bradenton area:
- The New Year’s Masquerade at Craftails Speakeasy offers an exclusive experience from 5 PM to 2 AM. This event, capped at 50 attendees, promises an intimate and captivating atmosphere.
- At Waterside Place in Lakewood Ranch, the New Year’s Eve celebration runs from 6 PM to midnight. This event is set to feature food trucks, beverages, DJ Truth’s live music, fun games, and an innovative drone light show.
- University Town Center is hosting a family-friendly New Year’s Eve event from 7 to 9 PM. The evening includes a live DJ, entertainment, face painting, games, and a fireworks display.
- Pier 22 in Bradenton is also celebrating with a special event from 7 PM to midnight. Ticket holders will enjoy a buffet dinner, DJ-led dancing, and a toast at midnight.
- For comedy enthusiasts, Motorworks Brewing in Bradenton is organizing a New Year’s Eve Comedy Special at 10 PM. The show stars comedians Sean Harper, Kye Saunders, and Johnny Bell.
