Democrats and their lock-step local lackeys are quick to point to dire consequences if anyone attempts to reform our federal government. Their idea of responsible government is to increase the budget for every federal department by 6-8% per year. These people believe that if more federal government workers are employed, the government will be more efficient.
The Democrats ignored the example that occurred when Musk bought Twitter. Musk realized that Twitter, under the guidance of young Democrat activists, had gone on a hiring binge. Young college graduates had been brought in by Twitter and they had no idea how to work hard and help the company become more efficient. Many of the employees refused to go to the office and some were actually working at other jobs while they “worked for Twitter.”
Musk eliminated about 80% of the job positions at Twitter and the Democrats and leftists exploded and predicted that Twitter would fail. Of course, Twitter (X) did not fail but is busier today with 20% of the workforce.
We are all familiar with federal employees who admit they have not worked more than 10 hours a week in the past four years. This is rampant across the federal government.
When you hear people pontificate that the reduction in various federal departments will end in catastrophe, understand the speaker does not have much experience in running a business and even less knowledge about the inefficiencies of the federal government.
The inefficiencies that DOGE uncovered in our federal bureaucracy are staggering. Of course, the Democrats and their lackeys ignore the fraud and waste and say they could reform the federal government in a more responsible manner.
The last Democrat to reform the federal government was Bill Clinton. His wing of the Democrat Party no longer exists. Today’s Democrats could not and will not reform the federal bureaucracy. They proved that point to America when they refused to shut down the southern border. Trump accomplished in two weeks what they could not accomplish in four years.
Commerce Secretary Lutnick stated that we must stop the government from sending money to the wrong people so they could always defend sending money to those who need the money. America’s bureaucracy needs reform and the taxpayers must ignore the Democrat talking heads who predict that reforms will cause millions to suffer or die.
