Earlier today, Manatee County Administrator, Scott Hopes held a press conference to provide an update on the recent COVID cases among the County workforce.  Included in his report were the stats below (covid-19-summary-report-dr-hopes-73021-updated).

    • 5 – Information Technology

    • 2 – Neighborhood Services 
    • 2 – Financial Management 
    • 2 – Public Works 
    • 2 – Property Management 
    • 1 – County Administration 
    • 1 – County Attorney 
    • 1 – Human Resources 
    • 1 – Redevelopment & Economic Opportunity 
    • 1 – Building & Development Services 
  • 105 exposures identified through contact tracing 
  • 3 deaths 
  • 5 positive cases from vaccinated staff (3 fully, 2 partially)
