CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Indians look to snap an 11-game losing streak against Tampa on Sunday in the finale of a four game series at Progressive Field. They’ll have to do so without two of their best bats in the lineup, as Jose Ramirez is on a scheduled rest day and Franmil Reyes is a late scratch with lower back spasms.
