FanPost Friday: Trade deadline moves

It’s that time of year, where every early move in a game, every dugout hug, every management mention of a player’s name has fans wondering if they’re about to see a beloved player get moved to a different team.

This season is no different, of course, as tight divisional races have some teams on the hunt to backfill injured player positions and bolster their bullpens as they prepare to head into the dog days of summer and the hunt for October.

Baseball writers do a lot of speculation this time of year, so we thought it might be fun to let you guys do some wishful trade imaginings. With the Rays just barely trailing the Red Sox (as of this writing) for the number one spot in the AL East, and the team all-in for another trip to the World Series, they seem likely buyers, but what do they need, and at what cost?
