It’s something that happens with many Dementia patients.
My Grandma used to have bizarre outbursts of uncontrollable anger.
Biden reminds me a lot of her. She had Alzheimer’s.

Joe had a lot of outbursts when he was campaigning.
Every time they dragged him out of his basement, he seemed to have a stick up his old butt.
They tapered off and we didn’t see the “rage” as much after he was installed – but today, the rage came roaring back.
Maybe it was the fact that Biden knows he made a fool of himself and the United States on the world’s stage, or maybe he just hasn’t napped enough (that’s probably it)…either way, Biden unloaded on a female CNN reporter – he even brought back that nasty, mean ol’ finger he points and wags.
Here’s what went down:

Later, Biden apologized for the outburst…I wonder if he needed flashcards?
I am sure the Handlers were ready to jump off a cliff, after the week they’ve had.
