Former Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos quarter-back Peyton Manning was inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame on Sunday during a ceremony in Canton, Ohio.
Manning gave a speech at the event and was touted by many fans on social media to be the new commissioner of the league.
However, a bust of Manning which was revealed at the even has come in for some heavy criticism online.
Some said that in the sculpture, the NFL legend looks quite annoyed, and have also questioned the size of Manning’s forehead in the bronze work.
The work will remind many of the infamous bust of Cristiano Ronaldo in Madeira airport in Portugal, which bears little resemblance to the Portuguese star.
Many have pointed fun at the image of Manning, saying it’s just like the face he pulled when he couldn’t beat the University of Florida in his college days, or when he lost Super Bowel XLVIII to the Seattle Seahawks.
Manning was inducted into the Hall of Fame alongside Charles Woodson, Calvin Johnson, John Lynch, Alan Faneca, Tom Flores, Drew Pearson and Bill Nunn
