‘Manifest’ Creator Jeff Rake Pledges to Give Fans Closure After Series Cancellation

Manifest creator Jeff Rake is sharing his thoughts on the series cancellation.

In case you missed it, the NBC show was cancelled earlier this month after three seasons.

Producers were looking to find another home for the show, with many fans hoping that Netflix or another streamer could save the series. Unfortunately, it looks like that won’t be happening.

However despite the cancellation, Jeff maintained that he would find a way to give “Manifesters” some closure and a proper ending to the show.

“Your support is awe-inspiring,” Jeff tweeted to fans of the show on Sunday (June 27). “We’re trying to find a way to conclude the series. Could take a week, a month, a year. But we’re not giving up. You deserve an end to the story.”

“Keep the conversation alive,” he added. “If it works out, it’s because of YOU.”

Manifest follows the passengers and crew of a commercial airliner who suddenly reappear after being presumed dead for more than five years and stars Josh Dallas, Melissa Roxburgh, J.R. Ramirez and Athena Karkanis.
