Elizabeth Olsen is revealing just how bad her Game of Thrones audition was in a new interview.
It’s well known that the 32-year-old WandaVision star was up for the role of Daenerys Targaryen, which was ultimately played in the eight-season run by Emilia Clarke.

While chatting with The Hollywood Reporter, Elizabeth reflected on the audition.
“I auditioned for, like, the assistant to the casting director in a small room in New York with just a camera on me and them reading the script,” she recalled.
Elizabeth added that she was reading “the Khaleesi speech when she comes out of the fire. It was awful. I didn’t get a callback.”
This isn’t the first time Elizabeth has opened up about her failed audition for the popular HBO show.
