Journalists Show Sympathy For Afghan Fathers Selling Their Children For Sex

We have watched a generation of young journalists enter the media world and introduce their leftist biases into their reporting. Nothing illustrates this more than a recent British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) news story that portrays in a sympathetic light an Afghan father who sold his 5 year old daughter to an older man for marriage. 

Most people turn their heads in horror when they hear about  Muslim fathers selling their child-daughters to other Muslim men for marriage. The civilized world put such atrocious practices in the rear view mirror centuries ago.

The leftists at the BBC showed their lack of intelligence when they decided that Donald Trump was the reason the Muslim fathers were selling their young daughters to old men for sexual pleasure. This is a perfect example of Trump Derangement Syndrome. The headline of the story was: “Selling their children to survive: Afghan fathers forced to make impossible choices.” The headline seems like a joke. I can just imagine the BBC in 1943 putting out a headline: “Nazi’s forced to kill Jews because of a housing shortage.” 

Think about the moral deficiencies of this producer. Would any moral person sell his young daughter because of hunger pangs? Millions of people for centuries have endured the horror of famine and hunger without losing their moral compass. Those people who endured famine and hunger did not consider selling their 5 year old daughters for sexual pleasure.

Think about the society that would accept another adult buying a child for sexual pleasure. In most societies, such a man would not survive his prison term because there are some crimes the most hardened criminals will not accept. Today we have thousands of leftists who demand that the United States allow people from these barbaric countries to enter our country and live in our neighborhoods. These same people are shocked when vile criminal behavior follows these refugees.

The BBC managed to blame this despicable practice on President Trump because he reduced foreign aid. The whole story was presented from the viewpoint of the “poor” father. The journalists (and I use that term liberally) completely ignored the viewpoint of the young children or the vile men who purchased the girls.

Leftists in our country have begun to accept murder and violence against conservatives and law enforcement as acceptable behavior. Leftist have shrugged off the destruction of private businesses by angry rioters. Leftists have ignored fraud against the government. It should not be shocking that leftists cannot describe the vile act of sexual slavery of children as evil.
