Kennedy Stops Democrats From Funding Gender Changing Surgery For Children

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert Kennedy has taken a scientific approach to the issue of “gender-affirming care” for children. Democrats were famous for using the phrase “Follow the Science” against Republicans. Their duplicity has been exposed as research reveals the Democrats have been using bogus science to support continued medical interventions on children in gender-changing surgeries.

For decades it was established practice that gender changing medical interventions should not be made until adulthood. This common sense approach allowed younger children to “grow out” of this issue before taking drastic medical procedures to change their gender.

 Over the years, researchers found that gender-reassignment surgery was not solving the mental distress of most of the patients. This led researchers to the fateful decision of starting the gender-reassignment process at an earlier age. 

One sole Dutch study was used to justify this barbaric practice of starting the process on young children. This study was flawed in numerous ways but the medical establishment, which had monetary profit in mind, endorsed the new guidelines of starting the process on children. 

Of course, the proponents of this  process claimed to be compassionate while branding those that opposed the medical interventions on children as being “haters.” (This sounds eerily similar to Tim Walz’s excuses for allowing Somalians to abscond with hundreds of  millions of dollars of taxpayer funds)

Fortunately, sanity is returning to this area of science. Great Britain commissioned an extensive study that found that “we have no good evidence on the long term outcomes of interventions to manage gender-related distress.” The medical establishment in Great Britain pulled back from continuing gender-affirming medical procedures on children.

Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark also pulled back from allowing these procedures on children. These countries are known for their socially progressive policies yet they realized the data did not support the continued use of these procedures on children.

Of course, the Democrats in the United States continue to push hard  to allow gender-assignment procedures for children. Fortunately, Secretary Kennedy has instituted rules and regulations that discourage this barbaric practice from being used on children.

Today, our country looks back in shame on our past history of allowing slavery. One day we will hang our heads in shame as we acknowledge that we allowed physicians to do life altering medical procedures on children because we wanted to appease some fringe elements in our society.
