DEI Policies Helped The Democrats Lose

America has voted and we can now begin turning the page on the Democrat’s racist DEI policies. Christopher Rufo has spent several years uncovering the ways that racism has permeated the Democrat Party. Once Biden entered the Oval Office in 2021, he allowed the leftists in the Democrat Party to push DEI policies into countless government contracts. 

DEI has become a passkey for contractors to gain entrance to your tax dollars. In 2021, Biden directed every federal agency to “implement or increase the availability of DEI programs.” Biden also directed federal agencies to set up programs to assist government programs to help employees transition to another gender. Think about that. The Democrats made it a priority to spend your tax dollars helping government employees who were males pretend to be women. 

It did not take long for contractors to realize their chances of getting taxpayer dollars would increase if they hired leftist DEI instructors to teach their employees how evil white men were. 

Democrats love to talk about healthcare, but they really get excited when they spend your tax dollars on DEI programs and gender changing surgery. 

When Biden demanded that contractors have DEI programs, the contractors went out and hired consultants. Consultants like Deloitte bragged that they spent $1.47 billion on “diverse suppliers.”

This is how our nation became polluted by race baiting. These consultants hired DEI specialists that told companies they needed to dismantle their “systemic racism.”

Christopher Rufo reports that the US Treasury Department awarded $2.8 million to Accenture Federal Services for DEI “implementation.” The Department of Health and Human Services gave a $2.9 million DEI contract to Totem. This happened over and over with your tax dollars. 

Leftist college graduates with no particular skill were able to get huge salaries by telling workers they were racists. 

Any employees that pushed back against this bullcrap were likely to be passed over for promotion.

This behavior by Democrats helped elect Donald Trump as President. All of the Democrat environmentalists and the local Manatee Democrats went along with this foolishness. Fortunately, Americans said that “enough was enough.”

Across our country, countless DEI Democrats are losing their jobs. As the Democrats said, several years ago to the coal miners they put out of work: “Maybe these DEI Democrats can learn how to write code.”
