Hamas Is Evil And Must Be Obliterated

The unmitigated terror we witnessed in Israel reminds us that there is evil in this world. Recently, we have listened as Democrat leftists have equated Israel, Hamas and Iran as just opposite sides of a political debate. 

Similar arguments were made years ago as Nazis rose to power in Germany. Many politicians counseled restraint and predicted that Germany would eventually cooperate with her neighbors. The inability to acknowledge that Nazism was evil allowed Germany to gain the military advantage. The West’s refusal to prepare for war allowed Germany the freedom to murder millions of Jews and others they disliked. 

Recently, we have seen college campuses in the northeast become hotbeds for faculty and students who equate Jews and Israelis with Nazis. These student and faculty members have demanded that their college endowment funds divest their investments from Israeli companies. Many of these same Democrat supporting students and professors paint Christians as evil racists. 

When American soldiers liberated the concentration camps, the world could no longer deny the horrors of Nazism. This past weekend we witnessed the horrors perpetrated by Hamas and yet many college campuses, which are dominated by Democrats, were the locations of rallies by professors and students showing their support for Hamas. Black Lives Matter chapters on campuses came out quickly in support of Hamas. This is prima facie evidence that our elite colleges are training grounds for those who hate our way of life. 

We have seen the videos of Hamas “warriors” raping women, shooting elderly grandmothers, killing children and beheading babies. In spite of this, there were arguments in the Democratic caucus  in the House of Representatives over condemning Hamas. This is the group you are supporting when you vote for your local Democrats. 

At the end of World War II, the German nation was condemned by the world for allowing Hitler to stay in power. German cities were leveled and German citizens went hungry and without heat for years after the war ended. Many innocent Germans had been killed by Allied bombs during the war. Such was the price paid by Germany for allowing Hitler to stay in power and orchestrate the death of so many people. An example was made to deter the world from letting this happen again. 

The citizens of Gaza have allowed Hamas to stay in power. They allowed evil people to control their lives and then they allowed these evil people to cross a border and kill women and children. In order to exterminate Hamas, innocent Palestenians will die and others will suffer. SO BE IT. An example must be made that will cause those in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, Syria and Jordan to realize that they must never again allow their neighborhoods to be safe havens for those who are evil.

Failure to root out the cancer of terrorism just makes it inevitable  that Hamas and their ilk will strike again.
