Authorities have arrested two Florida men for stealing the remains of veterans from a local cemetery for ritualistic purposes, according to reports.

Brian Montalvo Tolentino, 43, of Davenport and Juan Burgos Lopez, 39, of Lake Wales were arrested in connection to remains missing from vaults at Mount Dora’s Edgewood Cemetery, Lake County authorities said.

The men were charged with four counts of disturbing the contents of a grave and four counts of abuse of a dead human body.

Three of the four tombs raided in early December belonged to members of the armed forces. Two were Army combat veterans who served in World War I and the Korean War. The other was a Marine who served as a military police officer.

Lake County detectives found evidence of a “ritual” carried out in the vaults as well as a number of cigars, which provided DNA evidence to identify Tolentino, Bay News 9 reported.

Tolentino reportedly confessed to the crime and named Lopez as his accomplice, saying he used a crowbar to open the vaults, according to ABC Action News.

Detectives searched Lopez’s home, finding skulls, a hand and other large bones.

“There were seven skulls in this, if you will, shrine,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said. “Of the seven skulls, we determined five of them were human skulls and two of them were plaster replicas.”

“He referred to the cemeteries as holy sites and shopping centers,” Judd added, referring to Lopez. “Did you hear what I said? He considers cemeteries shopping centers.”

Democrats are moving to remove President Trump from office after Wednesday’s U.S. Capitol riot, but George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley said he doesn’t believe Trump committed an impeachable offense.

Turley explained to “Fox & Friends Weekend” that the president’s call to protest does not constitute insurrection and that Congress must deliberate carefully on the charges to carry out the process constitutionally. Trump invited supporters to rally in Washington Jan. 6, saying it would be “wild,” and gave a speech where he said ralliers would march “peacefully” to the Capitol. During the speech, he repeated the unproven claim that the election was stolen from him.

“The speech itself does not give a clear basis for the charges of insurrection or incitement,” he said. “The president talks about his followers marching on Congress peacefully… He does not call for riots. He does not call for violence.”

JONATHAN TURLEY: TRUMP’S LEGACY ‘IN TATTERS’ AFTER SUPPORTERS RIOT AT CAPITOL

In a recent op-ed with The Hill, Turley argued that even though he disagrees with the president’s comments and called them reckless, swift impeachment could be harmful to the Constitution.

“With seeking his removal for incitement, Democrats would gut not only the impeachment standard but also free speech, all in a mad rush to remove Trump just days before his term ends,” he states.

ARTICLE OF IMPEACHMENT AGAINST TRUMP TO BE INTRODUCED MONDAY IN HOUSE

Turley said the U.S. Supreme Court would be likely to define Trump’s remarks as constitutionally protected free speech.

“Are you actually going to impeach a president for speech that the Supreme Court would likely find protected under the First Amendment?” he asked.

As Democrats push for a “vicarious” snap impeachment, Turley said the party should be careful of setting such a precedent.

Sharna Burgess addressed questions about her love life after a PDA-filled vacation with Brian Austin Green and admitted it’s one of the topics she’s asked about the most.

Sharna Burgess, 35, recently brought up a question about her relationship status during a Q&A with fans on Instagram but she remained tightlipped about the answer. The Dancing With the Stars pro was seen kissing actor Brian Austin Green, 47, on a beach a week ago, but she didn’t mention him when addressing the question on her story.

View this post on Instagram

“Lol. Y’all don’t give up on this one,” she wrote in the screenshot of a response to a question that read, “Relationship status?” “It’s almost impossible to fish out real questions amidst ones about my relationship status. I say this with love and kindness. Let it go.”

She also addressed a comment that praised her for embracing being single so she “could fall in love” with herself. “Best thing I ever did,” she wrote with a red heart. “Well one of them lol.”

Sharna’s posts come after she and Brian enjoyed a getaway to Hawaii together. He proved he doesn’t want to be as discreet as she does when it comes to their connection when he did nothing but praise her during a recent interview. In addition to admitting they were “enjoying each other’s company” he went on to talk about how “amazing” she is.

She’s amazing, super responsible and super sweet,” Brian gushed to Access Hollywood on Jan. 9. “She’s caring, passionate and fun to be around, I feel blessed right now.” When asked about their New Year’s Eve getaway, he went on to say, “We had a great time. Hawaii is an amazing place,” adding, “It’s all going really well right now, it’s early on so we don’t have any labels for anything obviously, but we’re really enjoying each other’s company.”

Brian, who split from wife Megan Fox, 34, last year, also opened up about how he and Sharna met through their business manager. “We have the same business manager and she was like, ‘hey I’ve got a client you should meet’,” he told the outlet. “I begrudgingly went, and we met and we had great conversation, so it’s been great.”

Sharna and Brian were first spotted together at LAX airport on Dec. 25 while getting ready to go on their getaway. The Australian beauty later posted a patio snapshot of herself and revealed she was enjoying the vacation in the caption. “First vacation in a long time, best vacation in a lifetime,” she wrote.

Authorities in New Mexico took a man into custody after he allegedly threatened a McDonald’s worker with a gun in the drive-thru. Apparently, the suspect was upset about a mistake in his order and allegedly responded by pulling the weapon.

Estevan Gonzalez has been accused of pulling a gun over an Albuquerque McDonald's worker after a mistake was made with his order.

The incident occurred at a McDonald’s in Albuquerque last week, KOB 4 reports. The suspect, Estevan Gonzalez, reportedly drove up to the drive-thru window to complain that there was an issue with his order.

According to the woman working the window, they replaced his meal. Gonzales then got back in line and allegedly pulled out a gun and pointed it at the employee. When authorities arrived on the scene, Gonzalez reportedly drove away.

Police helicopters followed him until officers were able to catch up and arrest him. When he was being taken into custody, Gonzalez reportedly told officers that he was “only trying to get a hamburger from McDonald’s.”

The Albuquerque Journal reports that prosecutors have filed a motion to detain Gonzalez until trial. He is facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

In the motion, which was obtained by the news outlet, prosecutors wrote that Gonzalez, “not only put the victim’s life in danger, but he did it over a trivial slight – getting the wrong order from McDonald’s. No one should have to live in fear of being threatened with a gun while they are at their job. Nor should the community live in fear of witnessing a crime while trying to get food through a drive-thru.”

Ben Affleck and his daughter Seraphina were spotted walking the family dog — and it’s hard to believe how quickly the 12-year-old has grown up!

Ben Affleck has stepped out for his usual morning stroll, and this time, he was joined by his mini-me daughter Seraphina, 12. The A-lister and his ex-wife Jennifer Garner have made a habit out of walking around Los Angeles’ Pacific Palisades neighborhood, and January 9 was no exception for the Good Will Hunting star. His pre-teen daughter debuted a short bob-style ‘do as she cut a casual figure in a printed tee, white sweatpants, beige slippers, and a white sweater which read ‘Apres Ski’.

The father-daughter duo were seen chatting while walking their family dog, and the 48-year-old cut an equally casual figure in a navy blue tee featuring a white lightning bolt, grey pants, and a black hoodie. Ben’s neighborhood walks, usually with a Dunkin’ Donuts coffee in hand, have been a true staple of quarantine. Most recently, the Boston native was spotted picking up coffee and snacks but hilariously appeared to fumble the tray of iced drinks. Photos of the near-mishap quickly circulated on Twitter, with users describing the pics as the perfect summary of 2020. “I was really sad about NYE being cancelled but the Ben Affleck Dunkin’ Donuts memes are nursing my spirit back to health,” one user hilariously wrote.

When Ben isn’t out walking with his kids, he’s usually accompanied by his girlfriend Ana de Armas, 32, who has been spending plenty of bonding time with the A-list actor’s children. “Ana has spent time with Ben’s kids a couple of times now and she gets along great with them,” one source recently dished to HollywoodLife. “Of course, it’s all still very new but Ana has a really sweet nature about her that most people are drawn to. Ben discussed the idea of introducing their children to Ana with Jen beforehand and she agreed. Jen can see that this relationship means a lot to Ben and that Ana is a positive influence in his life.”

Spain shovels out of snowdrifts left by Storm Filomena

MADRID – Emergency crews in central Spain cleared 500 roads and rescued over 1,500 people stranded in their vehicles, allowing Madrid and other areas on Sunday to slowly shovel out of the country’s worst snowstorm in recent memory.

After recording 50 centimeters (20 inches) of snow in the Spanish capital between Friday night and Saturday, Madrid and a large swathe of the country remained impassable Sunday, with roads, rail lines and air travel disrupted by Storm Filomena. The blizzard has been blamed for four deaths.

Transport Minister Jose Luis Abalos said by Sunday crews had cleared two runways at Madrid’s Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas International Airport and, weather permitting, service would slowly return sometime between Sunday evening and Monday.

Trains traversing the capital were to start gradually coming back online Sunday afternoon, Abalos said, but the important high-speed line linking Madrid with Barcelona remained out of operation.

More than 150 roads were still impassable Sunday. Authorities said all trips by car should be postponed and tire chains were obligatory for journeys that could not be avoided. They said all people trapped in their cars by the snow had been rescued, but hundreds of cars needed to be recovered after being abandoned by drivers.

Storm Filomena has lost strength as it moved eastward, but authorities are still urging people to remain at home to limit the risk of falls on icy streets as a cold front moves in.

“The danger is not over,” Interior Minister Fernando Grande-Marlaska said. “A week of extreme cold is coming and that will transform all the snow on the ground into ice, thereby multiplying the risk. The storm is bringing with it a cold wave that could push temperatures down to record levels.”

The sparsely populated province of Teruel remained under red alert for intense snowfall, while large areas of eastern Aragon and Catalonia also were under alert with wintry weather.

Army emergency brigades focused Sunday on clearing access to Madrid’s main fresh food distribution center and to hospitals, as Spain also grappled with its coronavirus crisis, with infections on the rise following the Christmas holidays.

Grande-Marlaska said the government will take extra steps to ensure that the country’s weekly shipment of the Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus vaccine on Monday can be distributed to regional health authorities via police-escorted convoys.

In a portion of a “60 Minutes” interview that was released on Friday, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) called for Donald Trump to be prosecuted as she dubbed him a “deranged, unhinged, dangerous” president of the United States.

TIRED OF THE ADS? BECOME A PREMIUM USER TODAY!!

“Well, sadly, the person who’s running the executive branch is a deranged, unhinged, dangerous president of the United States, and only a number of days until we can be protected from him,” Pelosi said. “But he has done something so serious that there should be prosecution against him.”

She added that the 25th Amendment could still be invoked, and that “nothing is off the table.”

This came after Pelosi revealed that she had talked to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley to discuss President Trump and the nuclear codes.

“This morning, I spoke to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley to discuss available precautions for preventing an unstable president from initiating military hostilities or accessing the launch codes and ordering a nuclear strike,” Pelosi wrote in a letter. “The situation of this unhinged President could not be more dangerous, and we must do everything that we can to protect the American people from his unbalanced assault on our country and our democracy.”

The man in charge of the Nukes chastised Pelosi’s comments, calling them “silly” and a danger to our national security.

Maybe she should be impeached or removed for “insanity” reasons?

Once the meeting was over, Pelosi told her caucuses that she had been given assurances there are safeguards in place in the event Trump wants to launch a nuclear weapon.

“Speaker Pelosi initiated a call with the Chairman. He answered her questions regarding the process of nuclear command authority,” Colonel Dave Butler said in a statement obtained by CNN.

Pelosi and her fellow Democrats are preparing a push to impeach Trump, should he not resign.

“It is the hope of members that the president will immediately resign,” Pelosi said in a statement, according to The New York Times. “But if he does not, I have instructed the Rules Committee to be prepared.”

The president of Seattle’s rank and file police officer’s union is facing an internal investigation and calls to apologize or resign after tweets suggesting liberal activists are partly to blame for the U.S. Capitol riot.

Seattle Police Officers Guild President Mike Solan tweeted Friday that the “far right and the far left are responsible for that sad day” and retweeted a message pointing out that a Black Lives Matter activist was in the mob of Trump loyalists who stormed the Capitol building last week.

Solan wrote that American cops are caught in the “middle” between factions vying for political control after sharing a tweet by Andy Ngo, a conservative journalist known for covering street protests in Portland who was attacked by Antifa counter-protesters in 2019.

Ngo had shared a screengrab of video taken from inside the Capitol building during the riot that interrupted the congressional certification of Electoral College votes. It appeared to show the same man in a mugshot from July 2020.

SEATTLE PD INVESTIGATING OFFICERS IN CONNECTION WITH CAPITOL RIOT

Ngo identified the man as John Earle Sullivan, “an extreme BLM activist from Utah.” Sullivan “was arrested & charged in July 2020 over a BLM-antifa riot where drivers in Provo were threatened & one was shot,” according to the journalist.

“As the [mainstream media] tells us who to blame for yesterday’s troubles, @MrAndyNgo continues to be reliable. #HOLDTHELINE!” Solan wrote.

Solan did not immediately return a Fox News request for comment Sunday.

John Early Sullivan -- A Utah activist who faces criminal charges in connection with a Provo protest he organized in June said he attended a pro-Trump rally that turned into a violent attack on the U.S. Capitol in order to see "the truth" about the protests for himself and the organization he represents.

Sullivan, the founder of Utah-based Insurgence USA, was detained by police in Washington, D.C., for about an hour and a half Thursday night, as investigators questioned him about videos he posted to social media from inside the Capitol building Wednesday, Deseret News reported.

Sullivan admitted to Fox News that he climbed through a window to “document” the riot Wednesday and that he regularly attends protests to record what’s going on, including a clash involving Proud Boys on Tuesday near D.C.’s Black Lives Matter Plaza. His group, Insurgence USA, describes itself as “the revolution,” and, in August, another video shows Sullivan telling a small crowd at a D.C. intersection that he would “rip” President Trump out of office, pointing to the nearby White House.

Sullivan was previously arrested in Utah and faces charges in connection with a June protest he helped organize in Provo, where a different demonstrator allegedly shot a passing motorist during a confrontation.

BLM ACTIVIST INSIDE CAPITOL CLAIMS HE WAS ‘DOCUMENTING’ RIOTS, ONCE SAID ‘BURN IT ALL DOWN’

After receiving complaints about Solan’s tweets, the Office of Police Accountability, an independent office at the Seattle Police Department that handles misconduct complaints, confirmed it has opened an investigation, the Seattle Times reported.

Interim Police Chief Adrian Diaz announced Friday that OPA will also be conducting a full employee review of activities at the Capitol after it was discovered that at least two Seattle police officers attended the pro-Trump rally that preceded the mayhem.

Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan’s office released a statement calling for Solan to apologize or resign.

“The SPOG President’s statement is wrong, immoral, and a lie. The violent and seditious actions we all witnessed were done by anti-government mobs, inspired and directed by President Trump and his legion of enablers,” the mayor’s office said, according to KOMO.

“His statements do a huge disservice to the hundreds of police officers who work daily to serve the public and the rule of law, believe in equality, and were disgusted by Wednesday’s events,” it continued. “His statements do not reflect the values of the City of Seattle but instead echo the failed lies of a failed presidency. In fact, every officer at the Seattle Police Department has an obligation to not post speech that negatively impacts the Department’s ability to serve the public.”

The Washington Fraternal Order of Police criticizced Solan’s comments on social media, saying they “undermine our efforts to rebuild the trust needed between law enforcement and our communities.”

“We believe that when peace officers allow their personal biases to influence their perceptions of events and behavior, it severely compromises our ability to fulfill our duty to protect and serve,” the state police group said in a statement.

Scott Lindsay, a former candidate for city attorney in Seattle, also called on Solan to apologize or resign.

“As someone who has fought for police reform and defended Seattle Police against defunding, I have a duty to call out when the head of their union spreads misinformation about the Capitol attack. @realmikesolan should apologize or resign. SPD officers deserve better,” Lindsay tweeted.

Solan responded to Lindsay, writing: “It is a major stretch for you to claim that I blame BLM solely. Not true. Far right and far left are responsible for that sad day. We all can do better as a nation. Conversation is the remedy.”

Carmen Best, the former Seattle police chief who stepped down in September, sided with Lindsay, writing: “Wholly agree with Scott Lindsay! BLM was not the cause of yesterday’s insurrection. We have to tell the truth.”

Best, the first Black police chief in Seattle, resigned after the City Council approved a plan to cut the police budget by $4 million and lay off as many as 100 officers. Her last few tumultuous months on the job were marred by protests against systemic racism and police violence following the death of George Floyd.

Demonstrators occupied a six-block autonomous zone in the city’s Capitol Hill neighborhood after police vacated a nearby precinct building. Several fatal shootings prompted police to later reclaim the area.

Now, let’s get into why we’re obsessed with this particular workout set from MANON ROSA. First of all, the tops are seam-free — meaning you won’t have to worry about stitches and fabric uncomfortably rubbing against you as you do arm-intensive moves (like jumping jacks). There is mesh running along the arms of the top, giving your actual arms a chance to breathe and for sweat to escape. It’s 2021; there’s no need to feel claustrophobic because of a workout outfit with no ventilation. The tops even go over your hands and have thumb holes, offering you extra comfort and protection as you lift barbells and weights.

Moving on to the leggings, Amazon says they’re “designed with widened higher waist waistband for better tummy control.” So, both your tum and bum are comfortably compressed — and given extra “support” — as you weave in and out of high-intensity moves. No one likes to feel too much jiggle as they jump around! Like the tops, the leggings also have a mesh that runs along down the pants to maximize breathability.

This workout set is soft, stretchy, and thick, too; the fabric is 85 percent polyester and 15 percent spandex. As an extra fun detail, many of the solid color sets come with stripes. To protect the fabric and color, MANON ROSA advises to hand wash these workout sets in cold water and then either hang or lay flat to dry them.

We need to stress how much money you’ll be saving, too, compared to a workout set from Alo Yoga. While the clothes from the popular fitness brand are cute, many of their complete workout sets are pushing $200. You could be saving more than half of that price with these workout sets from Amazon! Out of the more than 1,000 people on Amazon who reviewed this workout set, many also compared the outfit to a similar set from Bombshell Sportswear (another popular fitness brand, like Alo Yoga).

“I LOVE IT! Nothing is wrong with this at all! It’s beyond beautiful and way cheaper than the bombshell brand which is over PRICED. It’s basically identical. I LOVE THIS! I ordered a medium. It went perfect for my photoshoot,” one such customer wrote. Another happy customer gushed, “I loved this product as I read the previous review and knew it looked exactly like BOMBSHELLS $160 dollar set. I purchased four sets and did heed the advice of previous reviews to order UP a size. I normally fit small but I ordered a medium. FIT PERFECTLY! Very comfortable and completely a mirror of their set. I workout daily as a bodybuilder and have worn each set. They don’t shrink in the washer either.”

Multiple Amazon reviewers also uploaded videos of themselves actually working out in their MANON ROSA yoga workout sets, so make sure to check those out too. And, if you’re looking for equipment to complement your new workout set, we suggest these dumbbell weights that are under $50.

Mike Krzyzewski, the legendary Duke men’s basketball coach, was among those who spoke out against the violent mob that stormed the U.S. Capitol earlier in the week.

Krzyzewski, who was a West Point graduate and a captain before leaving the Army, pronounced what was originally a rally for President Trump, an “insurrection.”

“It went to the very fabric of this great country,” he told reporters, via the Raleigh News & Observer. “The symbol for our democracy is that Capitol. We allowed that symbol to really just be spit on and stepped on. And it was a sorry day.”

He continued: “Where are our values? Our nation has been built on values. On values. And that sorry, sorry day. Everyone who is involved, they should be prosecuted. And our leaders, or politicians who spoke up in support of that, should be chastised. There’s no question about it. This is not about being a Republican or a Democrat. This is about being a damn American. Be an American. Work together.”

Krzyzewski appeared disappointed with the direction of the country.

“What the hell are we doing? What the hell are we doing, where we can’t work as a country, to, you know, come together and get these vaccines out, make sure that we’re coming together. And if someone’s doing something bad, Congress has the responsibility of stepping forward,” he said.

“I’m not sure if you saw Colin Powell be interviewed on TV. A man that is one of our great Americans, and what he said was, as this whole thing is moving along, Congress needs to step forward and say, `You can’t do that.'”

He added: “We need to get back to the basic principles that have founded this country.”
