The Heat have been without Tyler Herro for the last two games of the Eastern Conference Finals.

After playing in Games 1-3 of the series, the Sixth Man of the Year was sidelined for Game 4 with a groin injury. Herro said he was planning to bounce back and be available for Game 5, but he was ultimately unable to go.

The Heat will be looking to extend their season on Friday when the Celtics host them in Game 6. Will Herro play?

Is Tyler Herro playing tonight vs. the Celtics?

Herro is listed as questionable (left groin strain) on the Heat’s injury report. He is apparently doing “everything he possibly can” to play.

Herro averaged 20.7 points per game in the regular season, the second-most on the Heat behind Jimmy Butler (21.4). He hasn’t been able to match that output in the playoffs with 13.5 points through 14 games.

While Herro was quiet in Games 2 and 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals, he scored 18 points off the bench in Miami’s Game 1 victory.

Victor Oladipo, Duncan Robinson and Caleb Martin have each gotten more opportunities since Herro’s injury.
