The Cosby Show star was freed from prison two years into his 10-year sentence. He was seen reuniting with loved ones and flashing a peace sign to photographers on the premises.

He was originally charged in 2015, and convicted in 2018, and sentenced to three to ten years for the raping of Andrea Constand at his Philadelphia home in 2004. The court ruled this week that an agreement he made with former prosecutor Bruce Castor in 2005 should have prevented him from being charged again.

A former co-star is getting a lot of backlash for celebrating his return.

20+ Comically Awkward ‘You Had One Job’ Moments

Memebase

Every day we’re surrounded by objects that were made by other people, but rarely do we really consider this fact. Only when something is wrong or out of place does the human labor behind our industrialized world make itself known. No one gives a second thought to the utility worker who paints a thousand perfect road signs But the one who spells ‘STOP’ wrong becomes immortalized forever on r/onejob. If you think about it, maybe screwing up somewhere in the assembly line is a good way to make your mark. It only takes a couple letters to make that graphic tee say ‘have a good die’ instead of ‘have a good day.’ Pretty inspiring.

Rep. Lauren Boebert Can Block People on Personal Twitter Account, Judge Rules

A federal judge has sided with Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) in a First Amendment lawsuit, allowing the first-time Congresswoman to continue blocking a critic on her personal Twitter account. Boebert, a vocal supporter of former President Donald Trump, blocked former state Rep. Brianna Buentello, a Democrat, after Buentello criticized Boebert’s remarks in the days leading up to the Jan. 6 breach of the U.S. Capitol, calling her a “seditionist” and demanding that she resign. Buentello sued on the basis of First Amendment rights, arguing that Boebert’s Twitter block was not an act of a private individual, but an act on behalf of the state, because Boebert uses her personal Twitter account for announcements related to her works in Congress. She also cited previous cases in which courts ruled that elected officials, including Trump, cannot block constituents. Buentello is a Boebert constituent in Colorado’s Congressional District 3. Judge Daniel Domenico, a …

“Before and After” Pics of Olympian Gwen Berry Show The Dangerous Effects Of Radicalization

Critical Race Theory is a theory born out of Marxism.

TIRED OF THE ADS? BECOME A PREMIUM USER TODAY!!

In short, this theory proposes that you are either the oppressed or the oppressor based on the color of your skin.

It’s Anti-American, anti-white, and anti-black teaching. It demonizes white people and it makes blacks seem like powerless victims with no control.

This type of teaching is designed to divide the country, which is the purpose of Marxism…class and race segregation.

MORE NEWS: [VIDEO] Look What Happened to Jim Acosta Today When He Followed Trump to The Border

So, while they’re now teaching this garbage in grade schools and high schools, this “theory” has been around a long time and is one of the reasons so many college kids are anti-American communist zombies.

If you’re an impressionable kid and are taught to hate your country and dislike other Americans because of the color of their skin, you will eventually morph into something very hateful and very ugly.

We see it now wherever we look – this hatred and disrespect for America. And most of it is coming from athletes, who are using their podium to trash the country that has given them so much.

>>>FOLLOW US ON GAB<<<

And the latest example of that hatred occurred during the Olympics when “hammer-throwing” Bronze-medal winner Gwen Berry turned her back when the US National Anthem was played.

It’s truly disgusting and embarrassing to see that type of progressive political nonsense on display.

But the truth is, Gwen hasn’t always been “radicalized.”

A conservative pundit found an older photo of Gwen Berry – before she was radicalized – and it shows a smiling, happy woman with the American flag behind her. He placed that next to a recent photo, where Gwen is holding up a t-shirt reading “athlete activist” at the Olympics.

What a selfish woman.

And how sad that she became so lost…because this country loves and embraces our amazing athletes.

— Benny (@bennyjohnson) June 30, 2021

If you hate this country so much, why do you want to represent her in the Olympics? Just so you can use your 15 minutes of fame to spread hate?

This is not who we are as Americans. People like Gwen are from a very small fringe group, who just so happen to have the loudest and biggest-mouths – but they don’t represent the majority of Americans. Not one single bit.

***FOLLOW US ON TELEGRAM***

And so, we need to stop being afraid to speak out against this small group of communist bullies who hate this country, and we need to push harder for more patriotism and love of country than ever before…and we need to pray for these lost souls who get racialized with hate, so they can find a better, and more proactive way to fight for good and just causes.

Spotify is reportedly thinking about expanding into ticketed events

Spotify is reportedly “considering” expanding into events, according to The Information. The outlet reports the company could sell tickets for both virtual and live concerts as it looks to diversify its business. However, making money off of ticketed events isn’t necessarily Spotify’s short-term goal. Its more immediate plan is to use them as a way to improve its relationship with artists.

The Information suggests Spotify thinks there’s an opportunity to leverage the data it has to help musicians plan successful concerts in places most promoters avoid. In this way, the company is said to believe it can better show those artists it’s invested in their careers. It would also be a way for it to differentiate its platform from Apple Music.

Spotify has already dabbled in live events. This past spring, the company put on a handful of prerecorded virtual concerts featuring artists like The Black Keys and Leon Bridges. It sold tickets to those shows for $15 each. The Information reports the results of those concerts “validated” Spotify’s thinking on what events could do for it in the future, and it’s been thinking about next steps ever since. Of course, we wouldn’t say that makes an expansion is a done deal. Selling tickets to concerts might make a lot of sense for a music streaming platform, but it would still represent a massive business shift for Spotify.

WH Won't Stop Governors From Sending Guard Units to Border

Republican governors can deploy their National Guard as they see fit, and if that includes sending them across state lines to the southern U.S. border, the White House won’t stop them.
“What to do with her National Guard is up to the governor and how to fund them is her prerogative as well,” a senior White House official told RealClearPolitics when asked Wednesday about South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem’s plan to send 50 guardsmen to the border on a mission funded by a private GOP donor. The administration will focus, the official added, “not on political gestures but rather on putting in the…

Biden Reveals ‘Catch-Up’ Plan to Curtail US Wildfires

President Joe Biden shared his administration’s plan to deal with the intensifying wildfires in the Western U.S. at a White House Meeting on Wednesday with western state governors, calling the fires a problem that affects everyone. Biden told the governors he had been briefed twice about the current wildfire readiness of federal and state agencies and said there is a lot to be done. “We know this is becoming a regular cycle and we know it’s getting worse,” Biden added. “The truth is, we’re playing catch-up. This is an area that’s been under-resourced, but that’s going to change if we have anything to do with it.” “Wildfires are not a partisan phenomenon. They don’t stop at a county or state line or country mind for that matter. We need a coordinated, comprehensive response,” said Biden. Amazon Seeks Recusal of FTC Chair and Antitrust Hawk Lina Khan

Amazon has filed a request asking for newly minted Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Chair Lina Khan to be recused on antitrust matters related to the online retail giant, citing concerns about lack of impartiality in light of her past criticisms of the company, according to documents filed with the agency. “Given her long track record of detailed pronouncements about Amazon, and her repeated proclamations that Amazon has violated the antitrust laws, a reasonable observer would conclude that she no longer can consider the company’s antitrust defenses with an open mind,” Amazon said in the petition, filed with the FTC on Wednesday. Khan, who was sworn in as FTC chair earlier in June, wrote a piece for the Yale Law Journal in 2017 which argues that current antitrust law, which focuses on prices and the short term, fails to capture harms done by companies like Amazon, including predatory pricing. She also worked …
