Southwest Airlines announces service from Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) to Washington DC, (Regan National) – Daily, and New York LaGuardia (LGA) – Sunday through Friday starting November 7, 2021.  Saturday service to Dallas (DAL) will increase to Daily, starting November 7, 2021.  Southwest will also offer flights to Austin, TX (AUS) from SRQ on various days during the 2021 holiday season. 

“We’re continuing to expand our service bringing low fares, flexible policies, and world-famous hospitality to more people, making it easier to choose Southwest,” said Andrew Watterson, Chief Commercial Officer & Executive Vice President for Southwest Airlines.

NEW NONSTOP FLIGHTS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES 

With the popularity of Southwest’s newest destinations increasing, the carrier is expanding its flight offerings with more nonstop flights linking to some of the most popular spots on its route map. 

Effective Nov. 7, 2021, Southwest will add nonstop service between: 

Washington, D.C. (Regan National) and Sarasota, FL. (Daily) 

New York (LaGuardia) and Sarasota, FL. (Sundays through Fridays)
